Common questions

Do you take on project-based work?

Yes. Projects are often how partnerships start, and most clients move to a retainer once their first system is delivered, because the ongoing partnership is where the value compounds.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes, actively. I have US-based clients and I’m comfortable across time zones. A ZAR cost structure is a real advantage for international businesses that need senior technical capability.

How do you handle regulated industries?

I’ve built production systems for regulated environments: food safety (R638), property management and healthcare. Compliance is a design input, not an afterthought.

What does a retainer look like?

Month to month, with no lock-in: you can cancel any time. Monthly delivery cycles, transparent time tracking and reporting, and we review scope together whenever it suits you. Most retainer clients have been with me for more than two years.

Are you a solo studio or do you have a team?

Erzo is founder-led. I handle architecture, strategy and primary development. For larger projects I bring in trusted collaborators, always under my direct oversight.

Where I am

I’ve worked from all over South Africa, and these days I split my time between Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban (SAST, UTC+2). I work with clients across South Africa and in the US.
